Steely and lemony and mineral with hints of flint and cream. Very classy and easy to enjoy as a posh aperitif, but try it with a seafood pasta dish you won't be let down! Satisfying on many of levels. Domaine Fournillon et Fils is a long established family estate based in the small village of Bernouil, just north of Chablis. The Fournillon family,
