As pointed out by The Kanto Post, the card is a promo release for a Japanese Pokmon TCG set called Storm Emeralda that introduces stadiums split into two separate cards
The new cards are: Greymond, Avacyns Stalwart (previously Rick, Steadfast Leader) Hanks, Slayer Zealot (previously Daryl, Hunter of Walkers) Gregor, Shrewd Magistrate (previously Glenn, the Voice of Calm) Enkira, Hostile Scavenger (previously Michonne, Ruthless Survivor) Malik, Grim Manipulator (previously Negan, the Cold-Blooded) Gisas Favorite Shovel (previously Lucille) They will appear on The List, which is a special card slot in Set Boosters that has a 25% drop rate (meaning that approximately one in every four Set Boosters will contain a card from The List)
