I would give this card a rating of 3 out of 5, to me this card is a very average card, it has a very powerful move doing 120 damage but in my opinion you have to use too many energy cards to do this move all the time and this move will take awhile to do this move since it always needs 3 energy cards, unless you can find a way to retrieve discarded energy cards and attach them to a Pokemon in play, Raichu Prime will be able to knockout 1 or 2 Pokemon maximum before it gets knocked out since it only has 100 hp which isn't very much for a Pokemon with a x2 weakness
