As for BGS I couldnt have graded cards in two different design cases so ill stick to PSA and the only reason I said about stricter grading is that I personally would like 10s to be more of a rarity than a standard, please bear in mind this is just my personal opinion so please dont skewer me Edit: just compare then gengar to the dragonite, can you honestly say that they are worthy of the same grade
