With its 1075mm 42. 3" in length and 34mm 1. 3" in diameter, the heavy duty steel pipe is padded with foam and added rubber layer for better grip, it's perfect for most exercises that are found in our plan. For example: Front push, biceps curls, bench press, front pull, bent back pulls etc. The bar can withstand a weight up to 680kg, so you don't have to hesitate to add more weight.
