Duorum Tons de Duorum Red 2021 (750ml) Languedoc Languedoc Rose matured in two-thirds new oakProducer Description: WB Denomination DO DOURO Type Red Wine Grape varieties Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz Region Douro Soil Schist Harvest By hand to small cases of 15 kg Vinification Upon arrival at the winery the grapes are de stemmed and gently crushed, followed by pre fermentative maceration at low temperature (10C to 12C), for 3 days. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature inferior to 25C.
